"You can if you really tried. I did. As a boy, I sold peanuts from my backyard. Today, I sell snacks to the world." -Gokongwei *

Amazing!!! Nainspire ako hindi sa billions that they make from their business…pero yung husay at tapang nilang lumaban.

Its not an issue of royalty, race, money but it more of your faith to yourself. ika ng ni Mr. Gokongwei…you can if you really tried….

These are the top ten rcihest people in the PHilippines (from pinoymoneytalk.com)

1. Jaime Zobel de Ayala and family

This man has a networth of 2 billion dollars…Actually we live in a subdivsion beside the land owned by the Ayala’s. I’m not really sure why Kuya Zobel never visits… huhu…

2. Henry Sy and family

The royal family of SM. In the philippines…when you talk about mall or go shopping..whatsoever…the first mall that comes up in their mind is SM. I personally enjoy the service of SM. However, security assurance in SM differs in different branches… Our driver told me that its safer to park the car in San Lazaro because it is much small and there is always a security guard roaming around.

This controversial kuya is a legend. If it wasn’t for him…I might never seen the world!!! shikes….

Who doesn’t know about the story of Villar…. a son of fisherman…now the president of the Senate…. At least he’s a pure FIlipino…unlike the majority of the tops…

7. Andrew Gotianun

Gotinanun, 79 year old, started our salvaging ships after WWII. He branched into car financing with help of his wife, Mercedes. His main companies are public real estate firms, Filinvest Development, Filinvest Land; also privately held East West Bank.

This kuya is one the youngest among the top ten. He has a networth of 820 million dollors… Chairs International Container Terminal Services.

I had my 8th birth day held in Jollibee Tayuman and this was made possible by Kuya Tony. I love you jollibee…. Caktiong, 53,  was called the fast food King… Now Jollibee is one of the biggest restaurant in the Philippines having 1500 locations and 7 brands.
